Funciones a realizar:
● Support various aspects of our employee lifecycle programs for all employees and contractors
● Co-manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires (i.e. add new employees to systems, coordinate access and equipment and facilitate new hire orientation)
● Provide support to recruiters with regard to regular updates to hiring-related databases.
● Actively maintain accurate People Operations related data
● Schedule meetings, interviews, People and HR events and maintain agendas
● Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
Requisitos Académicos:
● Cursando un grado/master relevante para las prácticas
Requisitos Ofimáticos:
● SI
Requisitos de Idiomas:
● English Advanced to Proficiency
Otros Requisitos:
● Experience with applicant tracking systems (we use Lever and Google Workspace (previously GSuite)
