What you will do and learn:

You will develop your work within the Employee Experience department, supporting our HR & Employee Experience Director with the following tasks:

·   Researching on new tools, benefits and trends that can be implemented internally.

· Recruitment: Assisting throughout the recruitment process (publishing offers, screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, follow up communication, managing our internal recruitment platform, etc.)

·  Learning & Development: researching and managing training providers and coordinating the Fundae administration process.

·   Support in the organization of on- and off boardings.

· Communication: Elaborating and translating surveys, presentations, documents and actively participate in internal communications.

· Culture: coordinating feedback sessions, organizing internal events including parties and colleague gatherings, employee appreciation (such as birthdays), fostering one bicg culture.

·   Administrative tasks: PRL, managing the administrative side of on and off boardings.

You will get a great overview of the full Employe Experience cycle and have the possibility to be 100% involved in recruitment, onboardings, offboardings, development of employees, administration, etc. You will be invited not only to execute but also to be part of the creative aspect and contribute with your ideas.


Requisitos


·        Fluent in English and Spanish (C2). Being fluent in both languages is an absolute must or this position as we use both as official working languages.

·    Excellent use of Windows tools and Office package, especially Power Point and Excel.

·  Genuine interest to learn about human resources and employee experience and develop in this field

·       A university degree

·     As part of the HR Team, you need to have a strong sense of discretion and accountability, as well as empathy and passion for people (beyond socializing).

·       Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

·     Generosity, autonomy, and can-do attitude – we are a medium sized company where we need to make things happen, regardless of our position within the team.

·       Ability to be a thinker but also a doer
