We are currently looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our European Talent Acquisition team. This person will be supporting the Southern Europe Corporate Talent Acquisition function in Spain, as well as involved in Recruitment-related projects.
Main Tasks:
- Management of administrative tasks regarding collaboration agreements with the main Universities in Spain.
- Conduct initial pre-screening and telephone interviews to assess candidate’s abilities, qualifications, and fit for assigned positions.
- Ensure effective communication and relationship building with candidates in the pipeline for assigned projects, alongside with the Corporate Recruiters in Southern Europe.
- Posting of roles in different systems such as Peoplefluent, Smashfly, LinkedIn and social media – advertising of positions to ensure maximum coverage and reach to the Southern Europe market.
- Apply Boolean and other sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, with local networking groups and social media to build the passive talent pipeline; and utilize technology to keep in contact with Talent Communities.
- Assist with recruitment-related projects such as Diversity in Recruitment, auditing of our function and other assigned projects.
- Maintain periodic reports and prepare recruitment-related communications.
Qualifications required:
- Recently graduated in a HR-related degree or Master´s degree with the ability to do an Internship agreement.
