What you would be doing
You provide support and roll up CRM strategy implementation and data driven marketing needs.
Key responsibilities:
Your key functions would include:
▪ Work with Traffic & Engagement specialist to support CRM strategy roll out.
▪ Work with partners to optimize CRM campaign management (incl. database management) for inbound and outbound targeting using the BRAZE platform (Push notifications, Emails, Content Cards and other channels)
▪ Keep up to date with media agencies, meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
▪ Participate in the calendar coordination of all our CRM campaigns (emails and push)
▪ Support the implementation of automatic campaign based on customer activities
▪ Support reporting of growth and success rates of campaigns building following specific KPI’s and objectives
▪ Accelerate roll out CRM across digital initially, later also kiosk, counter, drive thru
▪ Identify QSR and digital trends.
▪ Support the digital department on analytics (GA4, BI…) and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Digital.
▪ Minimum 6 months in a similar role (ideal)
▪ Familiarity and understands of analytics platforms (e.g. Online analytics, CRO, Google analytics…)
▪ Professional use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point, Teams…)
▪ Ability to contribute your own ideas, innovative solutions, and process improvements.
▪ Ability to deal with confidential matters.
▪ Ability to communicate effectively.
▪ Huge motivation to learn.
▪ Proactivity and commitment.
▪ Open-minded.
