● Own the customer journey audit by ensuring that all the errors on claims and support
activities in regard to processes, systems, customer communication, internal guidelines
compliance, and individual performance are identified and reported.
● Document each error identified, along with the root causes
● Lead the delivery of feedback and training required for operations, following the audits
performed.
● Own audit reporting and provide the data required as needed.
